She previously led global sales at Floris London and held a senior role at Cowshed within Soho House, where she was instrumental in driving international retail and distribution growth.
At The CT Agency, Cassie leads on global strategy and commercial development, working closely with founders to position brands within premium retail and distribution channels across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Known for her instinctive understanding of product, market positioning and buyer psychology, she builds long-term partnerships that translate into meaningful, sustainable growth.

Taya’s background sits at the intersection of luxury beauty and international expansion, with experience spanning global markets and high-growth brand environments. She previously worked within L’Oréal Luxe and played a key role in scaling Floris’s retail footprint, bringing a sharp commercial lens to brand development.
At The CT Agency, Taya leads on international distribution and brand strategy, specialising in market entry, retailer alignment and long-term growth planning. With a refined eye for brand identity and positioning, she ensures each partnership is both commercially strategic and culturally relevant within its target market.
